The Collaborative Process

You Share Ideas

Get involved early. We encourage architects, designers and contractors to come to the table as active participants with creativity, sketches and functional approaches to design — so we can resolve issues during the design phase instead of in the field.

We Share Approaches

You know what you want, and we know how to get it done. Our design team reviews your plans and offers different ways of bringing your project to life. From budget and timeline to materials and compliance, we work together to create a uniquely collaborative solution that fulfills your vision.

Collaborate and Refine

Under our model, we all work towards a common goal: to achieve the best design. When done properly, we are one unified team moving in cohesion, ultimately generating added value for your clients and stakeholders through the work we create together.

Perfect for Commercial Building Refresh Projects

From new windows to new storefronts and updated lobbies, we can make sure your building puts its best foot forward at the level people see the most – the street. Need a tall or high-span, multi-level facade with a lot of transparency? Maybe an all glass canopy for weather protection? We have the expertise in lobby repositioning – both in metro NYC and beyond – to help bring your existing building to life. Whether you need to maintain pedestrian access in and out of the lobby through a phased installation of the new glazing systems or have an unoccupied space, our experience in renovations can help you deal with underlying building conditions to provide creative engineered solutions to challenges when they arise.

Criteria for Optimal Glass Performance.

Fabricated glass products can be chosen based on any number of criteria: to meet a certain color profile, to match performance elsewhere in the building, or for mechanical system performance requirements. Acoustic qualities can also factor in, as well as special requirements like bomb-blast, burglary/forced entry resistance or hurricane impact. We tailor solutions that meet your individual project requirements from best-in-class, global manufacturers.
