These doors allow you to create large openings that connect areas of your commercial space without the need for pocketed areas for the doors to fold into. We design our commercial folding doors to use a top-hung design that allows each panel in the system to slide and stack perpendicularly against one another or both of the opening jambs in the fashion of an accordion or Z-fold-style door option.

Lift & Slide Doors
One of the best ways to open up a large area is through Panda Windows & Doors’ commercial lift and slide doors. These doors give you the option to slide away a section of wall to create an even larger space. Our system is extremely durable, supporting panels up to 100 square feet in size, and it has the ability to resist all types of weather. We integrate an easy-to-use system of levers and wheels that allow the assembly to lower panels to the floor while compressing double V-gaskets against the floor, sides, and top of the panel. These gaskets keep the door completely airtight and watertight, leaving you warm and dry inside. This results in commercial lift and slide doors that are remarkably weatherproof and secure against forced entry.

Horizontal Sliding Wall
The HSW Door System is the premier option for maximizing openings (up to 100%) by sliding and storing panels outside of the opening.
The system is top-hung and comprised of multiple individual panels. Featuring completely customizable parking areas, the panels slide and stack anywhere - even in a closet around the corner.
French doors
French doors, also known as egress or terrace doors, are a popular choice for entryways and patio applications.
French door systems can be fabricated with sidelights and transom windows for added glass and design purposes. High-capacity in terms of weight and endurance, the panels in this line can support large swing-doors that may exceed 40 square feet using a single panel.
PIVOT DOORS
Unlike ‘swing doors’, Pivot Doors are able to accommodate wider and taller openings with a single panel than normal doors can.
Every pivot door we create is integrated with a concealed self-closer in either the subfloor or the header. Panda pivot doors can be personalized to your exact specifications, giving the option of sidelights or transom windows for added glass and design purposes.
