COMPOSITE WALL PANELS
Rainscreen Systems:
Americlad® Rainscreen systems are a dry joint system that is offered in a back ventilated or a pressure equalized configuration. We offer a caulk free design that is crisp, clean, and a very contemporary look. These systems are designed to offer the ability to control the impact of wind driven rain and manage any water that may penetrate the wall system. A weather barrier is required behind the composite panels to keep the building free of water damage.
Wet Joint Systems:
Americlad® Barrier wall systems are more of a traditional panel system that include a mechanically fastened clip attachment. They have exposed caulking at the panel joints, with back routed and plastic weld corners for weatherproofing of the panel system. Our AC-1000 and AC-1300 are both a wet joint system. The AC-1300 sliding clip eliminates the need to line up, clamp down, and fasten every clip on the panel by simply sliding the clip down the edge of the panel, this will save you time and money installing them in the field.
PLATE WALL PANELS
Americlad® plate wall panel systems incorporate a solid, non-laminated metal substrate. Plate wall panel systems are one of the most flexible and durable products available in the marketplace. These panels are highly recommended for high traffic areas where a high impact resistance is required.
These systems are also best utilized when a custom color is needed, the overall customization of the panel gives it a great advantage over composite panel systems.
All plate wall panels are available in a perforated or expanded metal configurations. They can be back routed for sharper edge appearance to give it a clean, contemporary look.

FLAT LOCK WALL PANELS
A simple, yet elegant cladding solution that provides a longitudinal flat seam. The system utilize a simple interlocking fold on all four sides and offers a flexible installation on even the most geometrically challenging building.
For fast and easy installation, these light weight panels have the ability to be installed either horizontally or vertically. With system choices that offer either a traditional clip-style installation or an integrated clip design, we have the right product choice to meet your installation requirements.
FLUSH & REVEAL WALL PANELS
Americlad® Flush & Reveal panels are designed for any soffit, wall, or fascia where a flush or a flat appearance is required. They come in a standard 1" option but we have the ability to customize the overall thickness to give additional design options.
With it's easy to install interlocking leg and no exposed fasteners the Flush & Reveal Panel System is a great fit for any new construction or retro-fit applications.

Column Covers
Column covers can be manufactured out of Plate or Composite material in various finishes and textures. Whether radiused, square, rectangular, or oblong, we're able to help you meet the most demanding design requirements for column covers.
While many standard design options are available, we can easily customize columns to your desired appearance.
Material options for Americlad® Column Cover Systems include aluminum plate, metal composite materials (MCM), stainless steel, copper, and zinc. Custom finish colors are available when choosing aluminum with either Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 painted finishes or anodizing.
